Huunt Affiliate Partner Program – Terms

Last updated: 06.04.2026

1. Contractual Partner and Scope

These terms govern participation in the affiliate partner program of:

Huunt GmbH
Knesebeckstraße 76
10623 Berlin
Germany

By being accepted into the partner program, a contractual relationship is established between Huunt and the affiliate.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Natural persons and legal entities that have been approved by Huunt for the program may participate.

Huunt may accept or reject applications at its own discretion.

Participation is free of charge.

3. Partner Links and Program Process

After approval, the affiliate receives a personal tracking link and/or related tracking tools via the partner platform.

Commissions can only be recorded for transactions that can be technically attributed to the affiliate in accordance with the applicable program rules.

4. Commissions

4.1 Basic Principle

Affiliate commissions arise only if and to the extent that Huunt actually generates commissionable revenue from an attributed transaction.

4.2 Commission Rate

The current commission rate is determined by the partner platform, the current program information, or the applicable campaign description.

4.3 Recurring Commissions

Where Huunt communicates recurring commissions “forever” or “for life” as part of a launch campaign, this applies only within the specific scope of the campaign as described by Huunt. The conditions shown in the affiliate dashboard or in the specific campaign description shall be decisive.

4.4 Commission-Eligible Products

Huunt may determine for which products and purchases commissions are granted. The current commission-eligible products are indicated in the partner platform or the applicable program information.

5. Tracking and Attribution

5.1 Tracking Provider

Affiliate tracking is currently carried out via Affonso.

5.2 Attribution Model

The attribution model used by Huunt from time to time shall apply. At present, attribution is based on the last-touch principle.

5.3 Tracking Duration

The current tracking or cookie duration is determined by the program information, the partner platform, or the applicable campaign description.

5.4 Dependence on Consent

Where consent is required for setting or reading tracking technologies, the absence of such consent may prevent attribution of transactions.

6. Due Date, Payout, and Reversals

6.1 Approval of Commissions

Commissions are only approved once the underlying transaction has passed the review and approval phase defined by Huunt. The current approval logic is determined by the partner platform or the current program information.

6.2 Payout

Payouts are made once the applicable payout threshold has been reached. The current payout threshold and the available payout methods are determined by the partner platform or the current program information.

Payouts may in particular be made via the payout methods provided by Huunt or the partner platform.

6.3 Managed Payouts

Huunt may process payouts in whole or in part via an external payout service provider or via the affiliate platform.

6.4 Reversals and Subsequent Corrections

Commissions lapse or may be reversed if the underlying transaction in particular:

  • is withdrawn,
  • is refunded,
  • is not successfully paid,
  • is reversed due to a chargeback or payment dispute,
  • is based on misuse, fraud, or misattribution.

In such cases, commissions already credited or paid out may be offset against future commission claims.

7. Taxes and Billing

The affiliate is solely responsible for reviewing and fulfilling its tax and trade-law obligations.

Where payouts are made via a platform with a managed payout function, Huunt or the respective service provider may request additional information, documentation, or tax details.

Huunt may make payout dependent on the proper provision of required billing or tax information.

8. Permitted and Prohibited Advertising Methods

8.1 Permitted Advertising

Promotion of Huunt is permitted in particular via:

  • own social media channels,
  • own communities,
  • own blogs, websites, and newsletters,
  • editorial content,
  • authentic recommendations in an appropriate thematic context.

8.2 Labeling Obligations

The affiliate is solely responsible for complying with legally required advertising disclosures and transparency obligations.

Affiliate content must — where required — be clearly and unambiguously labeled as advertising, advertisement, or commercial communication. Violations of labeling obligations may justify exclusion from the program.

8.3 Prohibited Practices

In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • brand bidding on Huunt trademarks,
  • advertising with nearly identical domains, landing pages, handles, or designs,
  • coupon, deal, or discount portals without Huunt’s prior express consent,
  • misleading advertising,
  • spam,
  • cookie stuffing,
  • artificially generated leads, clicks, or purchases,
  • unlawful content,
  • other parasitic measures to divert brand-search demand.

Violations may lead to immediate exclusion from the program and forfeiture of outstanding commissions.

9. Self-Use and Use in One’s Immediate Circle

Huunt does not generally prohibit all use of affiliate links within the affiliate’s own circle. The decisive factor is that the affiliate does not use abusive or parasitic measures within the meaning of these terms.

10. Discounts and Promotions

Huunt may provide affiliates or their target groups with special promotions, discounts, or special terms on a temporary basis. Such promotional conditions may be limited in time, subject matter, or persons and may be amended or terminated by Huunt at any time for the future unless an expressly deviating campaign commitment exists.

11. Liability

Huunt shall be liable to affiliates in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for lost profits, failed tracking attributions, or commissions not coming into existence is excluded — except in cases of mandatory liability — unless Huunt acted intentionally or with gross negligence.

12. Term and Termination

The affiliate relationship runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at any time in text form unless Huunt specifies a different notice period for ordinary termination.

The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.

13. Changes to the Program Terms

Huunt may amend these program terms with effect for the future where there is an objective reason for doing so. Material changes will be communicated to the affiliate in an appropriate manner.

14. Final Provisions

German law shall apply. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin.
