Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form attached below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
In the case of a contract for the provision of digital services, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely pursuant to Section 356(4) BGB once we have begun performance of the contract after you have
- expressly consented to our beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.
We obtain this consent and confirmation before redirecting you to the payment process by means of an express checkbox confirmation. Without this confirmation, conclusion of the contract is not possible.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Compensation in the Event of Early Start of Performance
If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, then in the event of withdrawal you must pay us, pursuant to Section 357a(2) BGB, a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of withdrawal compared with the total scope of the services provided for under the contract.
Compensation is calculated on a pro-rata time basis using the agreed price of the withdrawn paid product.
For products billed monthly, the calculation may in particular be as follows:
monthly price ÷ 30 days × days already used = compensation
For products with a longer prepaid term, the calculation is made accordingly on a pro-rata basis using the total price applicable to the respective term.
The free 7-day trial phase granted before the paid contract is concluded is not part of the calculation of compensation for the subsequently concluded paid contract.
Notice Regarding the Start of Performance
Before a paid contract is concluded, Huunt obtains from the user, before redirecting them to the payment process, an express confirmation
- that Huunt begins performance before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- that the user has taken note of the consequences of withdrawal, in particular possible compensation.
Electronic Withdrawal
Where legally required, Huunt provides an electronic means of submitting the withdrawal declaration.
